Terms and Conditions for Jackpot 77 — Philippines Online Betting Platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on the Jackpot 77 website at jackpot77.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete your registration or, if earlier, from the moment you begin using any part of the Jackpot 77 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Jackpot 77 platform, including but not limited to registered members, visitors, and anyone placing bets or accessing any game, tool, or service made available by Jackpot 77. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register, access, or use the Jackpot 77 platform in any way.

Jackpot 77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Jackpot 77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

To register and use the Jackpot 77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Jackpot 77 complies with Philippine gaming regulations that set the minimum legal gambling age at 21. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where accessing the Jackpot 77 platform is legal under applicable local laws.

Jackpot 77 reserves the right to request identification documents at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by Jackpot 77 will result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the Jackpot 77 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at Jackpot 77, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• Your Jackpot 77 account username and password are personal to you. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials to any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Jackpot 77 immediately via our support team at support@jackpot77.asia.
• Jackpot 77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any rights therein to another person.

All deposits and financial transactions at Jackpot 77 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Jackpot 77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources not registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources will be held pending investigation and may be returned minus any applicable transaction fees incurred by Jackpot 77.

• The minimum deposit amount at Jackpot 77 is ₱50 per transaction.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Jackpot 77 account balance within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.

In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule will prevail.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from the Jackpot 77 system. Bets that were not confirmed before an event commenced are void.

• Parlay bets require all legs to win for the parlay to pay. One void leg will reduce the parlay to the remaining legs rather than voiding the entire ticket.

• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Betting on any event that you have attempted to influence or that you have knowledge has been influenced by corrupt means, including match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any technical feature of the Jackpot 77 service without express written consent from Jackpot 77 management.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a manner that gives unfair advantage in any game or betting market, particularly in live casino poker variants.
• Money Laundering: Using the Jackpot 77 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws under Republic Act 9160 as amended.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction after having wagered with those funds on the Jackpot 77 platform.

Jackpot 77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority has directed Jackpot 77 to suspend the account.
• Multiple accounts have been identified as belonging to the same individual or household.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jackpot 77 will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 14 working days and communicate the outcome to the account holder via the registered email address. During a suspension, access to funds in the account may be restricted until the investigation concludes.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting Jackpot 77 support. Available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn via the member's registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jackpot 77 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Jackpot 77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes, game results, or casino play.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform, live streams, or betting systems that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

Jackpot 77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 working days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.

Jackpot 77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page at jackpot77.asia/terms-conditions, along with the date on which the updated Terms take effect.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Jackpot 77 member — Jackpot 77 will provide notice via your registered email address or through an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor corrections and clarifications may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Jackpot 77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
